For as long as we’ve heard, yoga is supposed to not only provide you with an awesome workout that strengthens and tones the body, but also put your mind into a state of Zen, making it easier to relieve stress and "let things go." Over the years there have been plenty of yoga trends—hot yoga, ariel yoga, mommy and me yoga—some which have stood the test of time and others that were gone before you even knew about them. The latest yoga trend that we just heard about is goat yoga. Yes, you read that right.

Yogis are heading over to a special farm in Oregon for yoga classes where real goats literally get on your back while you're striking your fanciest yoga pose. The purpose: goats are purportedly relaxing animals that get involved in the classes and it adds a unique element to the experience.
