Jenna Dewan Tatum Reveals Her Food Diary For Better Skin and Body

From #hairgoals to #marriagegoals, Jenna Dewan Tatum’s enjoying a lot of attention in the spotlight right now and she looks amazing doing it all. As a vegan, diet and wellness play a big part in Dewan Tatum’s life, and she shared with Women’s Health, the foods she relies on to stay energized and fit.

Breakfast

In the morning, Dewan Tatum mixes up her signature green smoothie made with lemon, spinach, kale, apple, banana and sometimes pear. Her boosters of choice? Cod liver oil and black sesame seeds. The actress says this is a no-fail recipe for improving her skin, hair and energy.

Lunch

For lunch, Dewan Tatum goes for a family favorite—Lebonese tabouli. The vegetarian dish is like a salad and usually made with tomatoes, parsley, onion and some kind of grain like bulgur or couscous.

Dinner

For dinner, Dewan-Tatum isn’t afraid to go for the carbs—saying that it’s all about brown rice bowls for her. She mixes one up with black beans and roasted vegetables like carrots, potatoes, butternut squash, asparagus and zucchini. Her dressing of choice: tahini sauce or oil, salt and pepper.

And for an indulgence? Judging from one of Dewan Tatum’s Instagrams—wine and beer, just like the rest of us.
