There's a lot happening in the world of beauty. Rather than try to keep up with it all, let us help. Here is what you need to know today.

3. According to the "Journal of the American College of Cardiology, running 5 minutes per day can reduce an individual’s risk of premature death by about 3 years," says Time.com. And that's not all; it turns out running 60 minutes or less a week can actually add time to your life. But, these benefits are negated if you run more than 20 miles a week. Read more on Time.com.
