Although Halloween is approaching, I’m not too concerned about costume choices. But I can’t say the same about the rest of 2011’s upcoming holidays. The months ahead bring many important looks to plan, and I’m loving the 1940s glamorous hair and makeup much of Hollywood is wearing (like Madonna). While it might seem natural to coordinate your holiday makeup around your holiday outfits, I’m going a different route this holiday season.
Taking a cue from Jason Garner, DuWop Makeup Artist and National Training Manager, I’m revolving my outfits around my makeup.
