Getting Used To A Delivery Diet

Americans are overweight. One of the main reasons for this is the size of the portions we eat. Delivery diets are designed so you're getting the right types of and right amounts of foods.

With literally hundreds of different options to choose from, most delivery diets provide fresh, fully prepared meals straight to your door. Each diet is different from the next in some way, but they all incorporate proper food ratios and the correct daily caloric intake. However, one thing they all have in common is that they can take some getting used to.

For the first few days that you're on a delivery diet, you may notice that you're still hungry, even after you've finished a meal and dessert or snack. With consistent use, after about two weeks, your body should adjust to the amount of calories that you're eating and you should feel full and satisfied with the size of the meal provided.
