Anything-But-Spotty Results From A Discoloration Reducer
By Marci Robin |
We would've gladly given the new Kiehl's spot-stopping formula a try if they'd simply called it Skin-Tone Corrector; but even though they're a pretty unpretentious bunch, they're so confident in this treatment, they gave it the boastful name of Highly Efficient Skin-Tone Corrector.
Now, just because the title is a tad immodest doesn't mean it's not true. In fact, it's rather accurate. This unique blend of glycolic acid, emblica (also known as Indian gooseberry), and HEPES (hydroxyethylpiperazine ethane sulfonic acid) really does wonders for discoloration, and even roughness.
Regardless of the type of hyperpigmentation-whether it's brown age spots, freckles, or post-acne patches-it works well as both a spot treatment and allover evener-outer.
So considering the great job Highly Efficient Skin-Tone Corrector does, we think we can forgive Kiehl's for a bit of bragging.
