Modern Mousse For Wonderful Waves
By Marci Robin |
I haven't used mousse since middle school, back when it was practically issued to every suburban New Jersey teenager; and I was, for all intents and purposes, convinced I would never use it again. Little did I know, with the right formula, mousse can be used for good instead of evil.
Back in the day, your mousse probably didn't have ingredients like honey and Hawaiian ginger, like hair rules wavy mousse does. Then again, back in the day, your hair was probably crimped and crispy, not full of lusciously loose curls, which is what wavy mousse aims to accomplish.
You bring your wavy hair to the table, and it brings the residue-free, frizz-defeating, softly setting power.
I love how it hydrates as it defines my very long, rather unruly waves, not to mention that it does so without sulfates or parabens!
