Argan Oil Makes An Appearance In A Long-Lasting Lotion

We've seen argan oil popping up in lots of new products; probably because the natural moisturizer, extracted from the nut of an endangered Moroccan tree, is rich in essential fatty acids.

Most recently, we noticed it being boasted right on the front of Guinot Hydrazone Moisturizing Body Lotion's bottle.

In Hydrazone, the argan oil lends itself to helping create a lipid-strengthened moisture barrier. Some of the hydration locked in is provided by shea butter (also sourced from a nut), and it seems to last all day.

Skin looks softer, and chronically dry skin feels much more comfortable. Rounded out with a light, sophisticated scent, it's an easy, obvious choice for daily moisturizing.

We use Moroccan Argan Oil on our clients for massage and reflexology. This body moisturizer provides essential lipids necessary to repair and protect the skin, and forms a moisture-barrier that helps with dehydration. We use Argan Oil in our neck, shoulder and upper back massage during our facial treatments. When I opened my first spa in 1981 Guinot was one of the leaders in skin care products sold exclusively to day spas around the world and our clients still love the Guinot Hydradermie Facial before and after plane travel to super hydrate sensitive skin. Veronica Skin & Body Care Center has been selling and using Guinot for over 30 years!
