Straight-Up Pretty Preggers Hair

Back in August of 2007, I found hair salvation: the controversial Brazilian Keratin Treatment. With fuzzy, curly hair, I haven't been able to live without it since-until I found out I was pregnant a few months ago. Opting to shy away from lengthy in-salon treatments that could potentially expose me to fumes (and leave me sitting for much longer than my sleep-prone legs are able to take these days), I decided to switch to a product that I could use at home to help tame my wild locks.

Frederic Fekkai Coiff Controle Ironless Straightening Balm allows me to yet again enjoy soft, straight hair without hours of agonizing styling time. I simply wash and condition my hair as normal, towel it dry, and apply a small amount of the wonder balm, running it through from root to tip. I give my hair a quick blow-dry to get some more moisture out, brush it, and then straighten it with a round brush and blow dryer. It cuts my hair styling time down from an hour to 20 minutes or less, and completely eliminates the need for a flat iron. As a result, my hair is not only silky-smooth and super-shiny, but it's also healthier and less damaged than it had been in the past because it's not subjected to as much styling.

I think part of the reason I've been experiencing such pregnancy bliss is because of Fekkai's Ironless Straightening Balm. Aside from the fact that my hair is sleek and sexy in a matter of minutes, its scent is soft and clean, something Fekkai's products are known for. All things must smell right in the world for a pregnant woman to be happy, and this satiny-maned preggers chick is simply elated.
