“As a plastic surgeon, I pay a lot of attention to the ingredients in my skin care. In the morning, I rinse my face in the shower—I don’t use cleanser because my skin can be a bit dry and I don’t want to dry it out. Then I apply Sulwhasoo Essential Firming Cream ($100), which helps strengthen my skin while also hydrating it. I don’t think I’ve ever left my house without applying LEA Aesthetics Tinted HydraGlow SPF 44 ($58, available at LEA Plastic Surgery), which is great because it protects me from the sun and also acts as a tinted moisturizer, so I do not have to wear much makeup when I go to work. I like to keep my morning routine quick and simple so I can let my skin breathe and look radiant without wearing much makeup."
“I use Banila Co. Clean It Zero Cleansing Balm ($27) and then apply FAITH Cosmetics Essence Serum ($195, available in select medical offices), which uses a Japanese nano-capsule technology to deliver collagen, vitamin C and hyaluronic acid into skin. To even out my skin tone, I use LEA Aesthetics Antioxidant Serum ($138, available at LEA Plastic Surgery), and on my neck, I use SkinCeuticals A.G.E. Interrupter ($162). To firm and moisturize, I like La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Sleep Mask ($385).”
