New year, new hair. With a new decade on the horizon, our favorite celebrities are hitting refresh on their hair styles and revealing the latest on-trend cut: a bob.

A bit shorter than this year's favorite lob cut, bobs usually hit right below the ear and don't reach the neck. Craving a change? Scroll through for the ultimate strand inspo.

Julianne Hough
With help from her long-time hairstylist Riawna Capri, the blond bombshell shows off a new, much-shorter, style. "Julianne's bob is structured, blunt and pretty much all one length," says Capri. "[She] is letting her natural roots grow out to try something different. We've never done the blunt chic bob length in over 10 years of working together!" What better time than now, right?

Bella Hadid
Following her fellow supermodel's suit, Hadid just revealed her own chopped hair on the 'Gram, a far cry from her waist-length extensions worn at Dior's 2020 runway show. In the shot, her hair appears wavy and tousled, proving how easy the length is to style.

Martha Stewart
A tick longer than a traditional bob, Stewart's shoulder-length iteration was paired with face-framing layers and a chic, icy blond update.
