Kim Kardashian West, who claims she weighed “almost 140 forever,” is now clocking in at only 116 lbs—and her secret to how she got there is a relatively simple workout routine. It turns out that Kardashian West has been working with a former bodybuilder, Melissa Alcantara, on a disciplined schedule to tone each and every area of her body, People reports.

According to an Instagram story posted to her social media on Saturday, Kardashian West revealed that her workout of the day (each day concentrates on strengthening a different body part) focused on toning her lower body. As demonstrated in the mini clip, her go-to leg workout includes four sets of 15 front squats, four sets of 20 kettle bell swings using a 30 lb. weight and four sets of 30 hip thrusts.

After walking fans through the routine, Kardashian West revealed that her exercise routine has been working so well, that even her mom (Kris Jenner!) has been grilling the reality star for answers on how she’s been staying so fit.

However, it’s not only exercise that keeps Kardashian West healthy. When it comes to diet, Kardashian West says she’s been eating a lot healthier lately. “I don’t really eat sugar the way that I used to. It doesn’t really do it for me,” she explained.

While not all of us have access to an ultra-shredded trainer, these workout moves can be done at any regular gym, making it totally doable for most of us. We’ll be sure to update this post if Kardashian West shares any more go-to workout moves on her alternating training sessions (hello arms and abs day!), so definitely stay tuned for that!
