Reality star Vicki Gunvalson tells it like it is. While she might not be on the outs (at the moment) with her fellow Real Housewives of Orange County cast mates, there are some things Gunvalson says she is no longer having anything to do with: plastic surgery and fillers.

In a video, Gunvalson said, “Plastic surgery is not fun. But to me, I look at it as painting your house. If you’ve got to do it, you do it. Fix it up.” However, she has also said, “There have been a lot of people who have been overdone. I hope I’m not one of them.” Guess even some reality starlets have their limits on what’s considered to be too much.

With a noticeably fresher look this season, Gunvalson recently underwent a lower facelift and says it is the last surgery she plans to have. “I’m done,” she said.

Inspired by fellow Real Housewives of Orange Country cast member Tamra Judge, who told Gunvalson she needed a facelift, Gunvalson sought out Tamra’s plastic surgeon for the work. She also had the surgeon remove the existing filler in her face. “Through the last four, five years, as I got older, they kept wanting to [get] Juvéderm and Restylane, and this and that, and Sculptra, and before I knew it, I didn’t look like myself. So, I took all the fillers out. I have totally smooth skin now.”

As far as Gunvalson says, she’s never having another drop of filler—or anything else—injected ever again. “I’m just leaving it alone.”
