Let's Just Get to the Point:
There are sticks, balms, glosses, stains, powders—the list goes on. But have you ever tried a lip mousse? I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but Urban Decay's new Lo-Fi Lip Mousse ($22) is a real crowd-pleaser.

If You Want to Know More:
A modern matte, this bouncy lip color is super pigmented and velvety soft, so it applies smooth and easy. (I recommend using a lip scrub beforehand if you can to make it look even smoother and give the color more impact.) The compact packaging is great for the girl on the go because it comes with a mirror and a built-in brush—it looks like a little eye shadow applicator and pops out of the bottom when you flip the compact open—that lets you perfectly define your lip line and then build up the color to your liking. You can also tap a little on with your fingers if you want a more effortless look, but you'll need to wash your hands afterward because the pigment is really concentrated, especially the brighter colors.
It's also available in eight shades, so there's a little something for everyone, whether you like bold and bright or everyday berry. My personal favorite is Frequency, a vibrant orangey-red that has quickly become my go-to hue for summer. Check it out below!
