According to a study published in The International Journal of Trichology, researchers discovered that those with lower levels of vitamin B12 and biotin were more likely to develop graying hair at an earlier age.

Although, it’s important to note that this study consisted of a small sample size, so more research is needed to ensure results are consistent.
