The Workout That Made Julianne Hough’s Body Even Better Than Before

When your body is as toned and virtually perfect as Julianne Hough’s, it’s pretty impossible to think it could get any better. But the Dancing with the Stars veteran—whose body we would take any day—recently added boxing into her workout regimen, and the results are absolutely mind-blowing.

The newlywed, who posted a video of herself jabbing away on Instagram, showed off some serious ab envy. While she’s not the only celebrity to jump on the boxing bandwagon, Gigi Hadid and Demi Lovato are reported fans, too, she just took her body to the next level in a major way.

Back at it and it feels soooo good! But also really hard after taking a month off! 😬 I'm so grateful that I made this part of my everyday lifestyle. Staying active and working out is now a must for me 💪🏼 It's hard to get started (especially after indulging guiltlessly on your honeymoon 🥞🥓🥂) and to keep going sometimes, but I always find if I can give it 3 weeks of hard work and discipline, something in my body and mind switches and it becomes so much fun! I actually crave it 👅 There's that one quote I always think about and I'll paraphrase here but, There is a battle of two wolves inside us, the one that wins, is the one you feed.
