Molly Sims Reveals the Best Treatments She Totally Believes In

As a supermodel, it’s easy to claim Molly Sims’ gorgeous looks are simply due to good genetics, but it turns out, the busy mother of three actually puts in a lot of hard work in order to stay looking her best. “When you’re tired, busy and have kids, you have to be diligent,” says Sims, referring to the intensive workout and diet routine she sticks to.

When it comes to food, Sims turns to a nutritionist for an extra boost. “I work with a really good woman named Kelly LeVeque who also works with Jessica Alba, Chelsea Handler and a bunch of other celebrities,” says Sims. “She talks about how fat, fiber and grains are important, so [my family] eats a ton of turkey tacos, turkey meatballs, salmon, and chicken. I also cut out the sugar and the gluten.”

Additionally, Sims believes that a healthy body is almost entirely dependent on diet. “Being healthy is 80 percent diet and 20 percent working out,” she says. Her workout of choice? The Tracy Anderson Method and The Class by Taryn Toomey.

As her final bit of advice, Sims says to combat aging skin with both topical products as well as treatments. In fact, the supermodel is a big fan and customer of the brand MitoQ, a skin care and supplement brand that’s popular for its technology that activates skin cells to produce collagen.

In terms of in-office treatments, Sims believes people should proceed with caution.  “You have to be careful with all the lasers and the thinning and plumping, but I believe in Botox and all of that stuff,” she explains. “I also just had the best facial of my life by Georgia Louise,” Sims exclaims, referring to the Georgia Louise Bespoke Facial. “She used algae, she electrocuted my skin, she microneedled me, then she froze me with the coldest tool ever. It was the best f---ing facial I’ve ever had.”
