Here’s a First Look at Urban Decay’s Long-Awaited Skin Care Collection
Get ready UDers – we’re taking makeup prep one step further. It all starts with Rehab Makeup Prep—an exciting new lineup of products that scrub, cleanse, revitalize and hydrate—and ends with Meltdown Makeup remover to easily remove even the most stubborn waterproof makeup. Put it on perfectly, take it off totally. #UDRehab #UDMeltdown
Urban Decay is mostly known for its cult-favorite makeup products—most notably the Naked palette and 24/7 stay-all-day eyeliners. And while Urban Decay makeup certainly holds a special place in our beauty junkie hearts, the brand’s latest news has us pulling our favorite eye shadows and lipsticks out of our vanities to make room for something else about to launch from the brand: its new skin care collection.
While details on the launch are pretty sparse at the moment (no word on the “when” and “how much” for each product just yet), we did get a sneak peek of every product in Urban Decay’s newest line on its Instagram account today.
From what we can see, the launch will include a hydrating gel, a lip moisturizer, a skin polish infused with vitamin C and coconut oil, an oxygenated bubble mask, a peel-off pore-refining skin peel, and an under-eye roller.
Surprisingly, this isn’t Urban Decay’s first foray into skin care. The brand launched 10 products back in January 2017 consisting of makeup prep setting sprays and primers, all of which consumers went crazy for. So, after the success of Urban Decay's first skin care launch, we certainly can’t wait to get our hands on these new goodies as well.
We’ve reached out to Urban Decay for more information, but the brand isn’t able to release any more news at the moment. However, we’ll be sure to update once we know more details.
