As the instructions state, you stick them in the fridge and the liquid inside makes them super cool pretty quickly. Take them out, apply whatever eye serum you normally use, run them over your eyes and under-eye area and see some major de-puffing—and even a little bit of relaxation—action. (Schneider also says they help reduce inflammation and increase lymph blood flow, and she thinks they make any product work infinitely better).
