There’s a lot happening in the world of beauty. Rather than try to keep up with it all, let us help. Here is what you need to know today.

1. Juice Beauty is launching a new product on Earth Day—their new Stem Cellular Instant Eye Lift. Developed in collaboration with San Francisco-based Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Carolyn Chang, it is the only authentically organic skin care line with a plastic surgeon collaborating on development. Clinical studies found that after one application skin was 80 percent smoother and that wrinkles were visibly reduced by 70 percent. Get it at JuiceBeauty.com and Ulta.com, $75, starting April 22.

2. Tequila may make the pounds come off. According to Time.com, a recent study found that “a type of natural sugar called agavins [that] come from the agave plant, which can be used to make tequila…are non-digestible and do not raise blood sugar. In new research, the team of scientists fed mice a standard diet, and added agavins to some of their water. They discovered that the mice who consumed agavins ate less overall and had lower blood glucose levels.” Note that not all tequila is made with 100% agave and that agavins are NOT found in agave nectar. For more, go to Time.com.
