There’s a lot happening in the world of beauty. Rather than try to keep up with it all, let us help. Here is what you need to know today.

1. Sephora will launch a Divergent themed line of products to coincide with the film’s launch on March 21. The line includes a limited edition nail art kit, a multi-piece palette and a 20-piece limited edition collector’s kit (shown here). For more information, go to Sephora.com

2. According to the TODAY/AOL Ideal to Real Body Image Survey released earlier today, women spend 6.4 hours a week working on their appearance and think more about they way they look than than they do about finances, health, family/relationships or professional success. The body part worried about most? The stomach. Read the full results of the study on TODAY.com

3. Research published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology suggests that “people who tan excessively also experience some mental health symptoms that should be taken seriously, like obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and body dysmorphic disorders (BDD),” according to Time.com. Those who reported tanning nine times in the last 30 days were most at-risk.

4. If you love a little shimmer to your nails but hate dealing with the stubborn sparkles that won’t be removed, OPI may have just changed your life. The brand just launched “Glitter Off,” a peel-able base cost that allows for easy glitter nail lacquer removal. It is designed to last a few days and when you’re ready to remove the glitter—just peel it off! It will be available next month and will retail for around $9.
