Don’t feel like dishing out $200 for a spa’s hammam treatment? No problem.

To turn your bathroom into a Turkish bath, you’ll need mint tea, eucalyptus oil, candles, and a natural sponge or loofah. You’ll need to draw a hot bath, letting as much steam into the room as possible. As the room is filling with steam, brew a hot cup of mint tea and place it near the tub.

Then, add a few drops of eucalyptus oil into the water to help cleanse and detoxify your skin. Light a candle for atmosphere and dim the lights.

Settle into the tub and exfoliate your skin with the loofah. Lie back and relax, breathing in the moist, eucalyptus-filled air, and sip your warm tea.
