If your summer body isn’t quite where you want it to be, Amy Schumer has a simple solution for those beach days where you just want to hide: “Dig a hole and get in it.”

The 39 year-old actress took to Instagram to share this quick tip where she debuted a photo of her happily digging a hole on the beach—signifying that her comment was obviously a joke.

Kidding or not, the comedian still managed to build up a wide variety of celebrity comments on her post—all either hyping her up or joining in on the fun.

Katie Couric was among the first to jump in saying, “I’m trying this tomorrow,” she commented, followed by Joey King, who wrote, “To do list. Dig myself a hole.”

It’s evident that in scary times, having a little bit of fun on social media can help escape reality for a moment or two.

The next commenters decided to show Schumer some love. Jessica Seinfeld commented “Looking 🔥without the hole,” and Octavia Spencer decided to throw in the classic line of emoji hearts.

But, Schumer doesn’t need the hype in order to feel confident—she has a long history of radiating body positivity and self love (as she should!). One example was in her TV show, Inside Amy Schumer, where she explained how Hollywood only bases the worth of a woman off her looks with a sketch entitled ’12 Angry Men.’

In an interview with GQ she explained, “It was empowering, to put all those insults about myself out there. I love being in my own skin, and I hope other women start feeling better about themselves and waste less energy being ashamed of their bodies.”
