Day 5: 112 pounds

Another pound, and I still have two days to go. I think the biggest shock is how easy this diet is. I don’t even have to think about what I’m putting in my mouth-all I have to do is eat!

Breakfast
More turkey ham! Yum! OK, so the Spanish Omelette was more of an egg than anything, and the potatoes were a little shriveled. I’m getting better at the breakfast thing, though.

Lunch
I cannot tell a lie. I wasn’t able to “stick to the program” today since my fiancé and I went to get our marriage license at lunchtime. But I think I did pretty good by getting a chicken Caesar wrap with the dressing on the side (so I only used a little). It was all lettuce and grilled chicken anyway.

Dinner
The Tender Beef Cubes were just that, and the Broccoli Florets in Spicy Ginger-Garlic Glaze were sweet with just the right amount of ginger. Since I combined this with the Asian Rice and Bell Pepper Toss in a bowl, it was like a great stir fry.
