A Week With Chefsdiet.Com: Day 4 featured image

Day 4: 113 pounds

OK, two pounds lost in three days-not bad. Though I’m always skeptical, I wonder if it’s water weight- I haven’t been able to stay out of the bathroom, but I have been drinking a lot of water. I’m not going to say my clothes are loose after dropping two pounds, but I definitely have a little more room than I did last week.

Breakfast
Oatmeal is good, and throw in some Cinnamon Apples and Peanut Butter and a side of Turkey Ham and you have a hearty breakfast! Too bad it’s over 80 degrees outside and the oatmeal made me hot and sweaty. But at least I was able to finish it all!

Lunch
Ooh, a sandwich! The Roast Beef and Alouette on Focaccia was great. The only problem was that my phone rang as I was about to eat, and by the time I got back to the sandwich it was a bit on the tough side. It also came with Minted Pineapple Spears, which I wasn’t so into.

Dinner
When I saw Oven Roasted Salmon Filet on the menu, I wasn’t very excited-even with the “splash” of Lemon Butter Sauce. But I mean it when I say I was pleasantly surprised. The salmon wasn’t fishy at all, and the Jasmine Rice and Black Sesame Pilaf rocked. As for the Seared Asparagus, my fiancé asked, “What are those?” but they tasted pretty good.

We went out for a little bit tonight, so after two cocktails, I ate a banana and snack bar when I got home. What can you do?
