A Week With Chefsdiet.Com: Day 2 featured image

Day 2: 115 pounds

Breakfast
I basically had to force myself to eat breakfast again, and Corned Beef Hash and Eggs didn’t help. This is definitely not my type of breakfast, and I decided to toss the little container of hollandaise sauce after my microwave issues yesterday. It came with some sort of muffin that wasn’t bad, but the microwave made it a little hard. I got about half of it down, thanks to copious amounts of coffee, and I was off to work with a snack bar in tow just in case.

Lunch
That Turkey Meatloaf and Confetti Chickpeas hit the spot! It was yummy and just enough to fill me up.

5:15
I had an urge for something sweet so I had a Raisin Almond snack bar. It was dipped in chocolate and was just what I needed.

Dinner
Dinner was a winner! The Oven-Seared Pork Tenderloin Slices were a little bland (the extra “marinade” made a great dip), but the Cinnamon Apple and Cranberry Orzo more than made up for it. The Sugar Snap Peas added a little crunch.

Once again I had the urge for something sweet (PMS anyone?). I decided to finish off the watermelon chunks I opened last night-
