A Floral Fragrance With A Notable Name

I’ve decided that if I ever have a daughter, I will name her Hazel. I’m not sure why, but I just happen to love the name. I used to be obsessed with the name Fiona, but then my best friend went and had a daughter first and named her Fiona (thanks a lot, Betsy), so I had to pick another classic-yet-quirky name to aspire to.

But I digress.

As much as I love the name Hazel, that’s not a good enough reason to automatically love Hazel’s Eau de Parfum Spray by Melissa Flagg. Its scent, however, is. Specifically, it’s inspired by white gardenia, often used to compose Hawaiian leis.

Gardenia has always been a top-three favorite scent of mine, so although the name on the bottle got my attention, it’s what’s inside that kept me spraying.
