A Cure For Cold-Climate Skin Woes

Sometimes you don’t realize how the weather affects your skin until you’re in a dramatically different environment. When I was on vacation in Aspen last week, I found myself with the worst case of dry skin-ever. My skin is used to balmy 80-degree weather, and let’s just say it didn’t respond well to the dry teens and 20s. I had rough patches of skin under my chin and on my cheeks, and no amount of scrubbing or moisturizing made them go away. Then I remembered that I had grabbed a jar of SkinMedica Dermal Repair Cream (just in case) as I headed out the door.

It quenched my skin’s thirst like a big bottle of Gatorade after a night out on the town, leaving it smooth, soft and more supple than ever before. And best of all, it didn’t burn at all, like some products do when applied to chapped skin. If you’ve reading my previous postings, you know I’m prone to breakouts, but I arrived home blemish-free after using the Dermal Repair Cream for five whole days!
