The Future of Fillers and Injectables

Fillers and injectables have come a long way since they were first introduced as anti-aging tools. New technology and continued learning about their functions has helped skin care experts like Los Angeles dermatologist Rebecca Fitzgerald, MD, make the faces of her patients look better than ever. NewBeauty had the chance to speak with her at the Ultimate Skin Health Symposium at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA, where she and Los Angeles dermatologist Zein Obagi, MD, shared news about the future of skin care. Watch the video to find out what she had to say about injectables.

The same holds true for proper skincare. Injectables and Fillers go hand in hand with proper skincare regimen and in office procedures. The better we are at taking care of ourselves the better off we are. The same way that you automatically know to see your dentist for a professional cleaning, do the same for your skin. By targeting the concerns early we avoid having them become a serious one. Skin Cancer and many other conditions of the skin can be treated early and its a very easy and unexpensive treatment if found in the early stages. The sooner we see you in the office the easier it is to diagnose a condition and easier to treat it. With all the technology and tools at our disposal today we can pretty much address anything in a timely manner. The longer you wait the more downtime, more invasive and more expensive that procedure is going to be. We can make this all a very fun process, for skin that looks and acts healthy and young do not wait any further!
