How does the endoscopic browlift procedure differ from the Botox?

There is a 180 degree difference. Botox is five minutes and in-office, You can just come in, have it done and then go back and do whatever you were doing. An endoscopic browlift is a surgical procedure. There are incisions made, the tissues are elevated and reset. Botox only lasts about three to four months and the surgical lift lasts a fair amount longer than that. It's usually a more profound result but for that younger age group that's not really interested in having surgery and probably doesn't need it, you can get a nice pop up there.
