Wash away that sensitivity, honey
Posted Thursday, July 22, 2010
I'm very sensitive. Ask any of my exes. But my skin isn't just figuratively thin; it's literally reactive. This is especially true from the neck down, so I have to select my body-care products carefully—even when it comes to cleansers.
I'm not the least bit surprised that my new favorite body wash is by glowology, a spin-off of baby brand Noodle & Boo. (Believe me, I've seriously considered using baby products.) Heavenly Honey Wash feels like it was made for my skin, cleansing it without setting off any irritation.
As luxurious as it is gentle, Heavenly Honey Wash relies on allantoin (from comfrey), chamomile, marshmallow, and its title ingredient to not only soothe skin and fight inflammation, but also inhibit bacteria, nourish and moisturize.
I love the subtly sweet scent that I get to experience with every shower. It fades just in time for me to apply my perfume without any competition. But I especially enjoy how soft and calm my skin is after each cleansing experience.
