HOW DO YOU GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO SHOW PATIENTS YOU CARE?
Upholding a concierge approach to medicine, we call each postoperative patient the night of surgery and see them the day after at their house, the office or the hospital. There is also an option to stay at a hotel attached to Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital, which is conveniently connected to the practice.
YOUR COSMETIC PLAN
At the Center for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery each patient is given an individualized cosmetic plan. We realize that everyone’s cosmetic concerns are unique—so your steps toward looking and feeling your best should be, too. For some people, the plan may be preventive: “How can I maintain my youthful skin?” For others it may be purely aesthetic: “What can I do to look younger without surgery?” However, if cosmetic surgery is appropriate for your plan, there may be a combination procedure needed to deliver the desired results. There are plenty of options, both surgical and nonsurgical, you can explore here. With more than 75 years of combined surgical experience, the doctors at the Center for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery have established themselves as a cohesive team in southeastern Michigan. The doctors’ patient-driven phi¬losophy doesn’t stop at surgery. With its aesthetic wing on-site, the Center is all-encompassing with its variety of surgical and nonsurgical procedures. Additional procedures include camouflage makeup and massage therapy to help ease the healing process. Likewise, surgical patients often receive both pre- and postoperative skin care, as the doctors believe patients heal faster when their skin is in prime condition. In addition to preoperative and postsurgical skin evaluations, ultrasonic facial treatments and innovative laser services are performed. Consultations are always interactive with a focus on patients’ unique concerns so they are more knowledgeable about their options, and, as a result, more realistic in their expectations. Believing there is strength in numbers, the surgeons share a unified goal in delivering synergistic care so each patient benefits from a beautiful experience.
