BREAST AUGMENATION CONCERNS
Hematoma, or blood pooling beneath the skin: Avoid taking anti-inflammatory medications, blood thinners, aspirin, ibuprofen or certain herbs and vitamins before your breast augmentation surgery to minimize the risk. Make sure your surgeon knows about any and all medications and supplements you are taking before surgery.

Breast asymmetry: While most women are not symmetrical from side to side, you should call your doctor immediately if you notice dramatic differences in breast size or shape and nipple position between the two breasts.

Skin or tissue loss and infection: Occurrence is very rare. Antibiotics may be prescribed preventively.
