As much as we love trying out lots of different lipsticks and lip glosses, constantly reapplying throughout the day is another story. We can forgive it for coming off with our morning cup of Joe, but sometimes it disappears without a reason. That’s where long-wear lip color comes in.
Sure, sometimes the vanishing act isn’t your favorite lipstick’s fault—it could be fine lines and wrinkles or even your foundation that’s the problem. If that’s the case, try these tips to make your lipstick last all day.

I so love every color that NARS sells. It is their Lip Laquer Line. This stays on my lips until I take it off. The trick w/this and actually any lip color/stick etc. is to take a tissue and softly take the tissue and wipe the inside rim of your lips. Also, u will never have your lipstick left on anything, even cigarettes if you smoke.

Chanel lip stain is the best by far. I've converted lots of people over to other that already were hooked on other products

I wish I could find a lipstick or stain that truly lasted on me. I have tried dozens from department stores, drug stores and even QVC. The one that has the best staying power for me is Cover Girl...and #285, Coral Shimmer works better than the other colors

I've found that Estee Lauder's All Day Lipstick has worked best for me. A small drawback is that the Estee Lauder lipstick color I usually wear was not available in their All Day lipstick, plus it did not feel moist on my lips. I did, however, find a color close to the one I wear and and am pleased with its stay on power.
